Valentine's Day - Share the Love

Valentine's Day eCards are not just for romance! You can also send Valentine's eCards to customers thanking them for their business.

Many of our retail customers send Valentine's Day eCards to provide promotional coupons and discounts; but, even if you don't have a retail business, consider sending your customers a Valentine's Day eCard with something special. An eCard that says 'We love having you as a customer' can help your customer appreciation efforts! So, don't be shy about telling your customers that you love them - they will remember you for it.

Social media posts with imagery get more attention than posts with just text, so consider posting a Valentine's Day eCard on your website and social media, too! With CorpNote, you can easily create and share a Valentine eCard in Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Google+ and more. (Check out our tutorial: How to share eCards in social media.)

The History of Valentine's Day :

Valentine's Day is always celebrated on February 14th, regardless of the day of the week the 14th falls on. It's often thought of as a time to let a spouse, a child, a close friend or even a grandparent know that you care about them.

Valentine's Day was celebrated in Europe in February as a pagan and then Christian holiday from very early times. Valentine greeting cards were exchanged in England as early as the 15th century, but Valentines did not become mass-produced until the late 1800's. While Valentine's Day customs developed in Western Europe, many countries worldwide now celebrate the holiday, but not always on February 14th.
