Multi-User members enjoy all of CorpNote's features such as unlimited eCards, event management and the ability to conduct online surveys. They also have additional features provided by their administrator and some other noteworthy items as listed below.
Your administrator has created this website to match your company's visual brand identity. It is visible to you when using CorpNote tools and it is also seen when recipients view eCards, invitations and surveys.
Your administrator does not have access to your password information and cannot sign into your account. If you forget your password, please use the forgot password feature or call CorpNote technical support at 609-406-1665.
Your administrator has several options that affect what you see when you create a new eCard or invitation

If your administrator has given permission, you can upload up to 36 of your own designs to be used for eCards, invitations or surveys. Your administrator is also able to share eCard/invitation designs with you, which essentially gives you access to 72 custom card designs. Refer to the Custom eCard/Invitation Designs tutorial for more information.
You can create your own templates or use templates provided by your administrator. This includes QuickSend templates. You can access your templates and your administrator's templates (if provided) when you send a new eCard/invitation, use a QuickSend template or create/edit a recurring eCard series. Refer to our templates tutorial for details on how to create your own templates.
Your administrator templates are also available to you when you create a recurring eCard series. When selecting templates, select the option to view "admin templates." If there are a lot of templates, you can select a template "category" such as "Holiday eCards." You can combine your own templates and your administrator's templates. The contacts you add to your address book can only be seen and managed by you. Your administrator does not have access to this information. You can include birthday, anniversary, start date and other important information with each contact. To set up a recurring eCard series, you must use your address book. Please refer to the address book tutorial for more information on adding, importing and managing your contacts.
If you need to know your administrator's contact information, sign into your account and go to My Account > Billing and Password and click on the tab for "Billing Info." If you need to cancel or reactivate your account, please contact your administrator.
