The Basics on How the Invitation Manager Works

  1. Create an event.

  2. Send an eCard as an invitation.

  3. The people you send an eCard invitation to are now in the Invitation List.

  4. When your guests pick up their eCard, you will see this in your Invitation List. Even if you delete the eCard, you will still see that they picked it up.

  5. When your guests respond, you will see this in your 'Manage Responses' area. If you delete a person's response, the invitation list will now show that the person has not responded.

How Online Invitations Work with Other CorpNote Features

Important Note: The invitation manager was enhanced in July 2012. Events created prior to July 11, 2012 will not display the button for the 'Invitation List.' The invitation list only contains people who were sent an eCard with the event link after July 11, 2012.
